Return Policy

Refunds are made upon contacting info@ru.karbushtv.online and providing:

• phone number to which the account is registered
  information about the write-off
  receipt for payment of the subscription or one-time transaction

Write-off for a subscription during automatic renewal, expiration of the trial period or upon expiration of the promo code with a paid renewal is not grounds for a refund. If the User refuses to use the Subscription, the remainder of the funds paid by the User as a subscription fee for using the relevant Subscription is not refundable. Refunds are made only if there are technical limitations on the user’s side for independently disabling automatic renewal of the subscription before the next payment.

Refunds for a one-time purchase (purchase or rental of a movie) are only possible in the event of a technical problem with the video file (file is missing; there are defects in the video that are repeated on the test device, the video does not match the purchased content).
